With the worldwide campaign "The wow starts now"® Microsoft ® presents five years after Windows XP® the new Operating System Windows® Vista®.

So I decided to make my own wallpaper for it with Photoshop CS2.

Have a lot of fun.

How about this instead
"Windows Vista, the Woe starts now!"

I heard apple delayed the next OS-X until after Vista launched, so MS wouldn't steal any more of their ideas. As apple said, all microsoft did was put a windows logo on an aqua button, then called it their own.

hmm you bring me to the idea to make a version for mac-users

I've read that some people got Vista on an intel mac running, but without aero 3d.

Ugg - what an ugly product, but then again you get what you pay for and with micro$oft that's a whole lot for nothing!

Love the idea that people are still being suckered into buying this rubbish

I like the text though - I'm thinking WOW stands for wadte of Wealth! WOM would be more appropriate

- 110% and 15 years wasted in agreement with urif!

Not sure why I got this reply months later.... Not to worry I installed Vista Ultimate on My laptop and about 3 hours later reformatted and reinstalled XP again.. about 3 hours after that I threw the laptop against the wall. Now windows is exactly where it should be - in the a wall!!! What a Vista.... Staring at the twisted mass of plastic and electronucs is indeed the Wom Factor I fully expected...

Thank god I did go an but an iMac last September - I have probably ha about a half an hour downtime at any one time to install updaters amd very few restarts indeed proportionate to windows.

Mac seriously rocks with the new intel machines
